This walk starts on a single-track road through unspoiled countryside, to an ancient church, through a nature reserve to the coastal footpath and from Clay Head where there are magnificent views of the Manx hills, Laxey and Garwick. St Adamans has some outstanding examples of Celtic/Viking crosses and the church itself is a gem, a fine example of a country church.
